1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise. Reading these definitions carefully will help you understand your rights and obligations as a ukd264 player.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The ukd264 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an account, you confirm and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. ukd264 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any stage and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement is found to have not been met. Any balance held in a closed underage account will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

ukd264 is designed and operated for players based in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law are solely responsible for ensuring their use of ukd264 complies with applicable local legislation. ukd264 makes no representation that access to or use of the platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside of its intended market. Players from prohibited jurisdictions who circumvent geographic restrictions do so at their own risk and in breach of these Terms.

2.3 Registration Process

To open a ukd264 account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Bangladeshi mobile number linked to bKash or Nagad. 2.4 One Account Rule

Each individual player may register and maintain only one (1) ukd264 account. All duplicate accounts will be closed immediately. Balances in duplicate accounts are forfeit, and the player's primary account may also be permanently suspended at ukd264's sole discretion.

ukd264 is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and periodically during the account lifecycle. KYC documentation typically includes a copy of your National ID Card (NID), a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and in some cases a selfie with your ID. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe will result in withdrawal processing being suspended until verification is complete. Players who cannot satisfactorily complete KYC may have their accounts closed in accordance with Section 8 of these Terms.

3. Account Obligations

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are obligated to provide truthful, accurate, and non-misleading information to ukd264 at all times — both during registration and throughout the life of your account. Providing false information, including a false name, date of birth, address, or payment details, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

3.2 Login Credential Security

Your ukd264 username and password are personal to you and must be kept strictly confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use any third party's account. ukd264 will treat any login to your account as having been made by you personally unless you have previously notified us of a suspected security breach by contacting [email protected]. ukd264 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.3 Notification of Errors

If you identify an error in your account balance, a bet settlement, or a payment transaction, you must notify ukd264 by contacting [email protected] within 72 hours of the relevant event. ukd264 reserves the right to correct manifest errors in bet settlement, game results, or payment calculations, including recovering any funds credited to a player's account as a result of a technical or human error.

3.4 Responsible Gaming Obligations

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.5 Own Account Rule

You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits received from third-party accounts will be returned, and the associated ukd264 account may be suspended pending investigation. ukd264 is not responsible for any delays or fees incurred by third-party payment returns.

4.6 Anti-Money Laundering

ukd264 applies anti-money laundering (AML) monitoring to all transactions. Large or unusual transaction patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence reviews. ukd264 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified will result in a withdrawal hold until the review is resolved.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, and cashback offers made available on ukd264 are subject to the specific terms of the individual promotion as published on the promotions page at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out in this section and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳30,000 in total wagers before the resulting balance becomes withdrawable. Real-money funds in a player's account are always withdrawable regardless of pending bonus wagering requirements, but bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play are ringfenced until requirements are met.

5.3 Game Contributions

Different game types contribute different percentages toward bonus wagering requirements. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited, and their account may be permanently closed.

5.5 Promotional Changes

ukd264 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event a promotion is withdrawn after a player has already opted in and begun wagering, the player will be permitted to complete the wagering requirement under the original terms in force at the time of opt-in, unless the promotion was withdrawn due to a technical error or bonus abuse.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Results

All game and bet results on ukd264 are final once settled. Winnings paid as a result of a manifest error may be recovered from a player's balance. ukd264 will communicate any such correction to affected players promptly.

6.4 Interrupted Games

If a live casino game or slot session is interrupted due to a network failure, server error, or device disconnection, ukd264's system will record the last confirmed game state. Bets placed before the interruption are valid and will be settled according to the recorded outcome. Where no outcome can be reliably confirmed, the stake for the affected round will be returned to the player's balance. ukd264 is not responsible for internet service interruptions on the player's end.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the ukd264 platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or KYC information.
• Operating more than one ukd264 account, or assisting any other person to do so.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated means to place bets or interact with the platform without human input.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's software for financial gain. Any winnings generated from exploitation of a technical error are void and recoverable.
• Engaging in match-fixing, manipulation of game outcomes, or any activity that undermines the integrity of any sporting event covered by the ukd264 sportsbook.
• Using the ukd264 platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ukd264 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform through a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology in order to circumvent geographic restrictions or account security measures.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing ukd264 accounts or account balances.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by ukd264

ukd264 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances: breach of these Terms & Conditions; failure to complete KYC verification; reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime; confirmed or suspected underage gambling; request from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement body; or prolonged account inactivity as defined in Section 8.3 below.

8.2 Closure by the Player

Players who wish to close their ukd264 account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected] with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and the remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited. Account closure does not cancel any outstanding bets placed before the closure request was submitted.

8.3 Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if it has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. ukd264 will attempt to contact the account holder via their registered email address before applying the inactivity policy. After the 12-month inactivity threshold, a monthly administration fee of ৳100 (or the remaining balance if lower) will be deducted from the account balance until the balance reaches zero or the player logs in and reactivates the account. Players may reactivate an inactive account at any time by completing a standard login and, if required, a fresh KYC check.

8.4 Effect of Closure on Pending Bets

Where an account is closed by ukd264 due to a breach of these Terms, any open bets or unsettled casino game rounds at the time of closure will be voided and the associated stakes forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's voluntary request, open bets will be settled normally according to their outcomes, and the resulting net balance (after deducting any applicable forfeited bonus funds) will be returned to the player.

8.5 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any aspect of the ukd264 platform — including bet settlement, payment processing, bonus terms, or account decisions — you should first contact our support team at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint". We commit to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours (BST) and providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days. ukd264 aims to resolve all disputes fairly and in good faith.
